How to use your portal
Everything São Bernardo FC needs to run the season's travel — in just a few clicks.
This portal brings flights, hotels, routes and all your team logistics together in one place. AthleticsQ handles the behind-the-scenes work — you simply review and confirm. Here's what each section does.
Every new game, a new card
As the season unfolds, each new away game shows up on its own as a card in the Hotels tab — with zero setup on your side. Tap each stage to see the cycle of one trip.
Every part of a hotel card
This is a sample hotel card. Tap the numbers to learn what each part means.
Preferred badge
The option AthleticsQ recommends — usually the closest to the stadium and the only one with a pre-negotiated rate.
Pick a hotel — no commitment
This card works just like the ones in the Hotels tab. Tap an option to see what happens next. Nothing here books anything for real.

Travel Intelligence
A quick snapshot of your next trip: distance, travel time, transport and key notes. Always start here.
Season Fixtures
Your full season schedule. Tap any away match to open its detailed travel plan.
Air
How the team gets to each match — charter flight, rail or coach — with times and legs.
Hotels
The hotels chosen for each trip. Review the details and confirm with one tap — AthleticsQ does the rest.
Charter Bus / Routes
A live, interactive map of every away trip: real road routes for charter-bus legs and flight paths for air travel, mapped from your home base across the whole season. Zoom, pan and explore each journey.
Everyday tasks
Confirm a hotel
Open the Hotels tab, review the suggested option and tap Confirm. Booking and payment are handled behind the scenes.
Talk to your concierge
Tap the gold chat button in the bottom-right corner to ask anything, anytime — 24/7 support.
Open a trip plan
In the Fixtures tab, tap an away match to see its flights, hotel, route and trip intelligence.
Portuguese or English
Use the 🇧🇷 PT / 🇬🇧 EN button at the top of the portal to switch language anytime.
