How to change or cancel a booking, and how each hotel's policy applies.

Cancellation terms vary by hotel and rate — the exact policy for your booking is shown on the hotel card before you book and again on your confirmation.

Making a change

  • Use the manage link in your confirmation email to change dates or cancel where the rate allows.
  • If the deadline in your policy hasn't passed, changes and cancellations apply per those terms.
