Where to find the branded Cost-of-Stay PDF for any booked trip, and what it includes.
Every booked or pending trip has a downloadable Cost-of-Stay invoice — the same numbers you see on screen, in a branded PDF you can forward to your business office.
What's inside
- Room rate × rooms × nights for the full stay.
- Any negotiated food & beverage minimum or meeting-room rental.
- Estimated taxes (settled at the property).
- Values still being negotiated show as "—" and never block your download.
Where to find it
Expand any booked game row in Season Overview and tap "Download invoice", or use the link on the game card itself.
