Each away game in your portal has its own game card — a plain-language update on where that trip stands and what happens next.

What's on the card

• A one-line status at the top telling you exactly where the trip stands.
• An at-a-glance row: dates, city, and kickoff time.
• A booking stepper: choosing → pending → confirmed.
• A "who handles what" split — AthleticsQ handles sourcing, negotiation, rate-lock, and confirmation; you handle the rooming list and card authorization. Your open items carry a DUE badge.
• Maps, local intel, and hotel details are collapsed below — tap to expand.

If something looks wrong

Use the "Need anything else?" messenger at the bottom of any game card. Messages go straight to the AthleticsQ team working your trip.
