How to open your team's portal from your private link, and how to add a passkey for one-tap sign-in.
Every coach receives a private portal link from AthleticsQ by email. Opening that link signs you in automatically — there is no password to remember.
Your portal is always up to date: schedules, hotel status, and travel details refresh automatically as AthleticsQ works on your trips.
Tips for easy access
- Bookmark your portal link on your phone and laptop.
- On a supported device, you can add a passkey (Face ID / fingerprint) from inside the portal for one-tap sign-in without the email link.
- If you lose your link, contact AthleticsQ support and we'll re-send it to your verified coaching email.
Keeping your portal secure
Your link is unique to your program. Don't post it publicly or forward it outside your staff — anyone with the link can view your team's travel details.
