File exports for campus finance (Banner & CSV)
No live connection? Every trip's financials are downloadable as clean, import-ready files — including Banner-formatted exports.
Not every campus wants a live connection — and that's fine. Every financial document AthleticsQ can push is also available as a downloadable file your finance office can import on its own terms.
Formats
Exports come as clean CSV files shaped for the system they're headed to:
- Banner (Ellucian) — download-ready files shaped for Banner's import.
- Concur, Workday, Chrome River — the same layouts the live pushes use, as files.
- Plain CSV — a universal layout for anything else, with every trip's vendor, dates, amounts, and coding.
One set of numbers
Files are generated from the same trip records as the portals and trip invoices, and never include the AthleticsQ service fee — finance always sees the true hotel cost.
